Lend & Gather is a one-of-a-kind Conference geared specifically for Boutique Event Rental Businesses. It was proudly co-founded by RW Elephant and Loot Rentals in 2016.

Allison of RW Elephant has always been interested in helping boutique event rental pros do what they love most– make more beauty. That’s why, in 2010, along with her husband Tim, she created a software tool to give rental pros the support they needed to keep track of their inventory and orders in a lovely way. When she had the chance to start a conference specifically for these specialty rental clients with the gals from Loot, she jumped at the chance. Elevating and empowering the niche event rental industry is what she’s all about.

Anna & Rhoda from Loot Rentals are still passionate about elevating the boutique event rental industry and will always be honored as the co-founders of the conference. They’re currently focusing on their own businesses and brands and while they are not active hosts any longer, they are forever champions of the Lend & Gather cause. Although Anna will be continuing to create beauty back at home this year, Rhoda is looking forward to seeing you there!

RW Elephant continues to host Lend & Gather because the world needs the beautiful events and environments you create. We want to enable you to create more of them!

FAQs

When should I arrive and leave?

We suggest that you roll into Music City on Monday, November 18th. We’ll get together for an informal cocktail gathering on Monday evening to get to know one another. The conference will be two full days on Tuesday and Wednesday (we might have evening events too!) so you’ll want to head out on Thursday, November 21st.

Where should I stay?

We have a room block at Thompson, Nashville (a Hyatt Hotel) with a smokin’ rate of $259 per night. Once you register, we’ll send you the link to book your room.

Will I need a rental car?

Nope. We’ll provide transportation for the group between Thompson Nashville and Saint Elle on Tuesday and Wednesday.

Do you offer a special rate if I bring multiple people from my company?

Yep. If you bring more than one person from the same company, we offer $250 off the second and additional seats. Contact us at hello@lendandgather.com for the registration code.

Do you offer a payment plan?

We sure do. Our payment plan will break your registration fee into three equal payments. Email us at hello@lendandgather.com and we’ll send you info about that process. There is a $150 administration fee for the payment plan.

What is your refund policy?

Once you register for Lend & Gather, we don’t offer refunds but you can resell your seat to someone else who is interested in coming. Let us know if you’ve resold your seat (with as much advanced notice as possible) so we know who will be joining us. They will need to agree to our terms and conditions in order to attend.
