Dane Sanders is the Co-Founder of Men & Women Of Discomfort (MWOD) and currently serves as a Partner and VP of People Development and Performance at Common Thread Collective. He’s the author of two books on the convergence of creativity and business and is host of the Strong And Awake podcast. He and his wife, Tami, live in Orange County, California. They have four adult children.
